Text Box: FROM THE EDITOR

I am sure you will all notice some changes to the formatting of this issue of “Drivel.”  The decision to put this newsletter on our GMN Web Page has necessitated these changes. I found that it is one thing to publish the old way and something else again to design it so that it will not only look fairly decent on the Web Page but that it will print out from there and still resemble what you are seeing on your monitor.

Those of you getting this issue from the Web Page will also notice the lack of the two roster pages  that are usually in “Drivel.” The reason for this is that our roster contains not only our names, addresses and calls but also telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and birth dates. Probably anyone whishing to find this information out could do it but a Web Page does not seem the place to show this information so I made the decision to omit it from the electronic issue of “Drivel.” Hopefully I will manage to attach those two pages to an e-mail and send them to those who have e-mail addresses.

Thanks for your patience while I muddle my way through this learning experience. Hopefully the next issue will be
better.
