Yes, that's two top hats folks! The coil ( inductor ) is connected by fingerstock soldered to the top of the two inch diameter, 3 foot long copper pipe ( painted black). A cordless screwdriver motor resides inside the copper pipe base and turns threaded rod to make the exposed coil  length change.  The Coil is shown at 3933 KHz.
