No    Problem !      I  can eat a little more !

At Some point in our lives, Some of us will will have a serious health warning such as dizziness or a mild heart attack showing that our circulatory plumbing isn't functioning as in the younger days. Eventually we are going to realize that what  we eat, drink, and breathe is going to directly affect how much longer we are going to live. What no more 15% butter fat, ice cream and butter and cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner ? Well if I can't have those then I'd rather be dead, but then again !   If we are fortunate we may not have much permanent damage, but enough to scare us into doing some things differently.   If we quickly change the way we eat, drink, and breathe we may be allowed to straighten out our system and continue to stick around a long time. We are allowed quite a physical body, and  if we simply change its input it can repair itself instead of needing a entire new body replacement.

A Way to Eat, loose weight and yet be content  with Low;  Sugar, Calories, Salt , and Saturated Fat. No Red or White Meat with their associated growth hormones issues, only fish and  chicken eggs. For a pescovegetarian diet, fish and Dairy Products are acceptable foods. Your diet is determined in part by your blood type.

Daily Regimen Discipline   A minimum of one oatmeal-kasha (Groats) breakfast meal, two apples, two bananas, two tomatoes, Apricots, two Twinlab "Dualtabs" Vitamins and Minerals and one gallon of spring water per day and a daily Herbal dosage is a good way to start. Exercise, by physical work is my favorite, but exercise alone is a daily minimum . Drink at least a Gallon of Spring Water every day !  This is the most important recipe !  And I don't mean water With; Coffee, Tea, Lemonade, etc. Just plain Water ( H20 ) ! To Wake up or stimulate yourself drink Hot or Cold Green Tea with caffeine. I drink a small coffee only once a week.

 

Porridge, with Oatmeal and Kasha (Groats)

  Boil 4 heaping spoons of Kasha in one cup of water in a Ceramic Bowl for several minutes. Then add a half cup of oatmeal and two cups of water and continue boiling until all expanded and waterless. Add Vanilla Soy Shake. The Kasha is very high in Folic Acid which is good for the heart.

Fish, breaded   with Cottage Cheese or Hummus  and Sweet & Sour Sauce

Microwave the fish and coat with 1/4 to 3/8 ths  inch layer of Low fat cottage cheese or cold Hummus and pour on the Sweet & Sour Sauce  ..... yum

Sandwiches

Hummus Sandwich

Toast a ezekiel bread slice. Spread toast with earth balance and spread a quarter to three eights inch layer of hummus. Occasionally I  garnish with a light sprinkle of Santa Fe Spice. If you enjoy Garlic this will be very addictive.

 

Egg Sandwich (fasting rules)

Toast two ezekiel bread slices. Also soft boil a organic egg. Use a ceramic, high sided mug, add a teaspoon of earth balance, then add egg and microwave at a power setting of 30% or lower for no explosions until white is almost cooked with yoke runny. Spread each toast with Olivio, add egg between and garnish with Santa Fe Spice. I limit myself to one egg every two days.

Tuna Sandwich (fasting rules)

Toast two ezekiel bread slices. Spread each toast with earth balance add tuna and garnish with Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing and or Santa Fe Spice.

 

Fish Sandwich (fasting rules)

Toast two ezekiel bread slices. Spread each toast with Olivio. Microwave the breaded flounder and add flounder and jarlsberg cheese between bread slices and microwave all until cheese just slightly melts. Then garnish with Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing and or Santa Fe Spice.

Peanut butter Sandwich

Toast two ezekiel bread slices. Spread each toast with Olivio. Add a thin layer of peanut butter and sweeten with Polaner's or Smucker's Low sugar Jams or Honey.

Conclusion : One of the many things that happen, is that that after reducing your salt and sugar intake for several  months your taste buds and smelling ability (olfactory receptors)  increases so much that bland, low caloric, low salt and sugar foods become very strong delicious tasting foods. Allowing a new taste sensation with full filing enjoyment, with out our old meat, gravy and potato forever worldly  salivation. Yes I , was stupid, ignorant  and used to proclaim " No Rabbit or Squirrel food for me".  Remember That One Big dose of Salt and or Sugar will re-kill your Taste buds and smelling ability (olfactory receptors) all over again for Several days or longer.   Sadly " Salt " is the cheapest preservative around.

Never forget that billions of Profit making Companies are forever trying to kill us, via their advertising, with their cheap high;  saturated fat, caloric, salt, sugar, preservatives, growth hormones, antibiotic laden, processed foods. Along with hiding the poor taste of and lengthening the expiration date of their heart killing concoctions with the cheapest preservative of ALL " Salt " so you may never experience the real enjoying taste or filling ability of unprocessed foods.        I don't even want salt used on the winter highways. Yes, I also threw the TV set out, "No,  I'm not available to Cheeseburger, french fries, milkshakes, etc. adds anymore" Or having my daily list of interests today being programmed by some powerful, metropolitan  TV station or network manager". Now I can be the BOSS and create my own list of what I want to learn about today, using search engines on the WWW, like   http://www.google.com/  as I'm television set free !

 

The beginnings of a vegetarians conscience;    

     When a little kid, less than 10 years old, by myself one day, I set out to practice becoming a great hunter with my Bow and Arrows,  I  killed my first animal, a big beautiful innocent frog. After my successful shot, Crying, with tears flowing like buckets,  I watched him wither and die painfully on my arrow, looking at me with his big pretty decaying eyes, He seemed to be asking me " why I had chosen him to die, without any intent of eating him or any valid purpose what so ever ", I learned my first important lesson about killing without need or reason.  The bottom Line was " I couldn't return him to life again, to save my conscience ".                  Many times later, savoring  a Bacon, Cheeseburger in my mouth, The thought would occur to me that I have actually; slaughtered, butchered, killed, or chopped the head off the critter myself with out any conscious conscience. Going to the supermarket and grabbing the neatly wrapped package is sure easy but I am actually contracting the Butcher to do my killing for me. For now as I try to grow up, Giving Thanks to the Lord for all we are given, and trying to become a more responsible, loving  old fart, I will only cry a little as I chop the poor fishes head off, as I grab the neatly wrapped package of fish in the supermarket.
