My New CommScope, Andrew (Channel Master) CM100 1 Meter Reflector with Horizon to Horizon Powertech DG-380 all steel gear Motor and Quad Polar 40 mm Invacom QPB-031 Feedhorn/LNA/LNB. Last picture shows wiring for a 2 x1 switch to one receiver. The reflector is 109 Cm high and 99 Cm wide.

Next I added a 3/4 inch plywood pressure treated shim inside the arm end where a nut/bolt compress the rectangular tubing which allows me to really tighten the bolt!

#1 Circular on feed goes to #1 on switch... #2 Linear on feed goes to #2 on switch... Third connection on Quad LNB to Signal strength meters outside and inside and then to a 21 VDC supply only.
In Receiver, Antenna setup LNB selection chose " Standard, tone off or on, which ever gets the most scan results " and away we go .........
If our motor has an output shaft diameter of 2 inches. We can use the V shaped slotted insert ( that comes with this dish) around the two U bolts for even more strength. If not set the V insert aside, until we get a sturdy motor.
